Assess reproductive system:
External genitalia (maturity, pain) Internal genitalia Vaginal wall (color, texture and integrity) Cervix (color, position, size, shape, mucosal integrity and discharge)
Urinary – polyuria, hematuria, urinary frequency, urinary urgency, urinary hesitance, nocturia, urinary incontinence and dysuria Reproductive – genital lesions, vaginal discharge, cervical polyps, vaginal and uterine prolapse, rectocele, dysmenorrhea and amenorrhea
